Look for the cps application, install it, and away you go. Sometimes the install file is compressed into a zip or rar, these decompress to quite a few files the program needs. How many .exe ones are there? Usually only one, maybe two. You could post a screenshot, but id start on one that looks like the right one, based on title and see what happens.
