Just finished purchasing 2 two way radios. Rob was so helpful and patient with me and my billion questions. Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns, he offered very helpful ideas and solutions!!! I can honestly say I spoke to many customer service reps from manufacturers and they were not even near as knowledgable as Rob was.
