I was in the market for the new Wouxun KG-UV8D. I wanted to get a good deal, but I also wanted to buy from a reputable dealer. He said that I could return the radio for a replacement or a refund. I really liked the radio, so I decided to wait on a replacement. When the v1.05’s arrived I called and talked to Rob again. I was worried about potential problems with the return (since it had been almost 2 months since my original purchase), but I was pleasantly surprised that Rob remembered me. He quickly helped me with through the return process. A replacement radio was shipped out the day after they received my returned radio and it arrived 2 days later.
