Are there any handheld GMRS two-way radios that can receive public broadcast FM stations?

None of the current FRS/GMRS sold in the US that we carry have a built-in commercial FM radio.
The new btech GMRS V1 has fm radio broadcasts in addition to GMRS simplex and repeater channels. It receives all vhf and uhf band but only able to transmit on the GMRS channels. 5 watts transmit, $ 65.00
