I placed an order on 2/23/16 in the late morning. Received a phone message later that afternoon saying it was on back order but expected to be in stock within a week. Ok, no problem, I knew that going in.
Next morning I received an email saying the order had been shipped! The shortest “out of stock” time I’ve ever experienced. Checked the shipping trace on the 25th and discovered the parcel was “out for delivery.” And, sure enough it was delivered that afternoon.
Your customer service was excellent with this order. It won’t be my last time ordering from you.
