I had a lot of questions before i made my purchase. They were all answered immediately, and was able to make my purchase without anxiety about buying from an unknown online site. I purchased a Midland GXT series 860 for work and am looking forward to using them. What i most appreciated was the gentleman picked up the phone (a real person!!!), and took the time to answer questions and pose suggestions. I find this genuine customer service lacking elsewhere and have come to anticipate it beforehand.
