Looking for an easy to use hands free system for our golf course staff. (10 units) Need range of anywhere from 30 feet to a mile and a half in hilly terrain.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a two watt VHF radio would be perfect for your situation. Popular radios that fit this criteria are the [Motorola RDV2020](http://www.buytwowayradios.com/products/motorola/motorola-rdx-rdv2020.aspx), [Motorola XV2100](http://www.buytwowayradios.com/products/motorola/motorola-xtn-xv2100.aspx), and the [Kenwood TK2200](http://www.buytwowayradios.com/products/kenwood/kenwood-tk-2200-v2p.aspx). There is a $30 rebate on the Kenwood (if you buy minimum 6) through the end of April.
