I need to select a radio to use in a noisy location. My problem is notifiying the other users that a call is coming. Once the call is alerted, then the environment can be made quieter for the conversation, but getting the call alert to be noticed is the problem. What radio has audio and visual call alerts? Thanks for your suggestions!
I would suggest you look into models that have a vibrating incoming call alert. Take a look at the Motorola CLS1410 or the Kenwood TK3130.
just get some external mics and use ear pieces. i have used ear pieces next to noisy machinery and in emergencies both situations i hear great.
