Hi all.
Not sure if this is the correct forum for this. But here goes. I am in the taxi business and we are trying to locate which cabs are sending offending radio traffic. So my thought was to use a radio direction finder. The problem though is that I live in a city with a lot of 20-30 story buildings. My questions are:

There are the taxi company’s relay towers in the city and they are centered on roughly 463 and 468 MHz. Would this make it impossible to track where a taxi is broadcasting from?

With all of the tall buildings, will reflections make it impossible to get a good direction to the taxi, if question 1 is not a problem?

Are there any other issues that I am not aware of?
