I have a Cobra PR 900dx, actually several of them. I am looking for a comfortable headset to use on car trips. I was looking at the Midlands AVP-1. Any thoughts?
Cobra has a proprietary connector (although it is very similar to a Motorola Talkabout connector) and will not work with Midland accessories. For a Cobra radio, you are better off buying a Cobra headset. Unfortunately, there is a limited selection, but you can view them on our Cobra radio accessories page.
