Multiband radio

Hello.
I’m looking for a VHF/UHF multiband radio which covers 130-160 MHz and GMRS frequencies. Price should be max. 1000$, so the Motorola flagships are out. Is there something like this on the market?

PS: I’m in Canada. No legal restrictions here.

There will be no dual band radios of this type that would be legally approved by Industry Canada. Like in the USA, Canada prohibits the marketing of radios that can operate across dual services.
