Ok, I have done quite a bit of online shopping for my upcoming motorcycle trip (yeay), and you guys have provided by far the best service and shopping experience!
I admit, I must have been an annoying customer: Had special wishes as for the shipping and I screwed up my order (decided after the fact that I needed a special headset) which both of which could have resulted in horrendous accumulated shipping costs and custom brokerage fees (I am in Canada and UPS charges hefty fees for cross border shipment!).
Everything just worked. I didn’t even have to call! My orders were shipped together on one package with the cheapest option possible (zero extra fees). My order with you guys was placed last and arrived first, and I am very happy with the performance of the Midland radio/headset combo (just tried it out on my bike).
