# Hytera hp505 bluetooth

hey everyone , im hoping someone can help as ive had no replies from Hytera at all !!! ( typical)  
ive 2 brand new hyters hp505 radios which going by their website are bluetooth ready .  
Im using the correct CPS for the radio but when i go to tools/bt setting and click on the open bt box it says BT openning ( with 2 n ) then says communication error please reset radio .

do any of you fine people have a solution ?
