Help! I don't know what this is!

I know very little about the world of CB Radios. Figured someone had to know what this was. I have been searching the internet for awhile now and I can’t find anything like this. It has no microphone jack and no other things that indicate it is a CB Radio but when you look up “Uniden President Convoy II” all I get are actual CB Radios and none of which look like this device. Figured it was some kind of accessory to the actual CB Radio with the same name but I can’t figure it out. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help me. Very much appreciated.

I believe that is a VERY old radar detector. Not a CB at all.

Thank you so much! That’s what my boyfriend thought. But like I said when you look up the model, all that came up was CB Radio that looked nothing like this device. Again thank you for confirming.
