I just purchased 30 radios with chargers, mics and spare batteries. I made about 5 phone calls to Karl with in about 2 hours to make little tweeks in the order and let me tell you, the service that Karl provided in that hectic moment was GREAT! We are working a big project that spans a long distance and radio comms are of extreme importance. We ran out of radios for all our guys and after price checking many places, I found that 2 Way had the best price and then they even beat that price. Karl’s customer support and responsiveness in a time crunch couldn’t have been better. I value custormer support more than price tag and 2 Way and Karl get my business and 3 thumbs up.
