I have a couple of old Talkabout T5000 and kids are asking me to get a headset because it looks cool and they feel like helicopters pilots.
I was looking to buy or manufacture an adapter from M6 (2.5mm TRS) to aux (3.5mm TRRS) so I can hook up a cheap gaming set with boom mic.
Does anybody know of such adapter or know where can i find the pinout?
I know is mono and the other stereo. It does not matter.
And if mic and ptt are too complicated, it doesn’t matter either. I can tell the kids to use the mic and ptt built in the radio.
