Default Midland GXT1000 Bluetooth Capable?

I am a high school & college football official. We use the Midland GXT1000 for our on-field communication. Currently, I use a standard wired ear piece w/boom mic for my headset. I have to run the wire(s) under my shirt & down my back to connect to my two radio. I HATE THE WIRE(S)!!! They simply get in the way and restrict movement on the field. I've done a bit of research on possible options in an attempt to make my radio bluetooth capable. So far, the best option I've found is to use the Sena SC10 adaptor. Using this option, there is still a wire to connect the adaptor to the radio.

Has anyone attempted to make a Midland bluetooth capable? If so, what did you use? I have no clue as to all the options available. Thanks in advance for your time & help.
