Talking Excepetional Service and experience

I just wanted to let you know, I have purchased three Leixen VV898 radios and some antennas. The service was friendly, fast and follow-up fantastic.
I actually had an issue with one of my radios, which was an audio problem. I sent an e-mail and received a very prompt reply with a return authorization number. I returned the radio via UPS and it arrived back on schedule. Next thing I hear ,I get an e-mail a replacement has been sent with a tracking number.
Im floored. I have never received service after the fact like this. No questions, no hassel, just honest service.
As a law enforcement officer and radio nut, I am already recommending all my friends use you guys.
We are all involved in GMRS and the Leixen you recommended work great.
Thank you to your staff for the great service and commitment.
This is the way it should be. Other retailers could learn a lesson or two from you.

So, I also bought a Leixan 898ST, good proce, small size, and I like the radio. Nice power in a small package. The radio arrives quickly with some other items I ordered from www.buytwowayradios.com. I had an issue programming the radio (it would not reset, open menu, take programming. I had a brief on line chat, and RMA'd the radio back. The tech at www.buytwowayradios.com verified my problem and they sent me a new radio. Up and running.
The issue is not cheap Chinese radios or that radios are sometimes defective...problems happen. The measure of a business is how they handle problems....www.buytwowayradios.com has my business on a go forward basis as they responded to and fixed my issue with skill, speed and good humor. What more can a customer really require.
